Embedding better judgment into teams and organizations, including how AI and digital tools can support — but not replace — leadership.
Month 6 – Integration & Strategic Outlook
Integrating leadership, strategy, and technology into a personal Leadership Intelligence Playbook and building a clear 12–18 month outlook.

LIC recognises that many leaders want — and need — a practical understanding of how AI and emerging technologies actually work.
Where helpful, sessions may include exploration of relevant tools, examples, or workflows — always optional, always contextual, and always connected to leadership decisions.
