Become the AI-ready leader organizations trust in complex times
Join the Leadership-Intelligence-Circle (LIC)
An invite‒only, 6‒month circle for senior leaders strengthening judgment, strategy, and the intelligent use of AI in times of complexity.
Leaders today are surrounded by information, AI tools, white papers, and opinions — yet clarity is becoming harder, not easier. The Leadership Intelligence Circle exists to help leaders develop "Leadership Intelligence" in the AI era: the ability to interpret complexity, exercise sound judgment, and make confident decisions in an AI-enabled world.
Michael Alf's Personal Invitation
What is LIC?
The Leadership Intelligence Circle (LIC) is a closed, invite-only leadership circle designed for CEOs, founders, managing directors, and senior executives operationg in the AI era.
LIC is:
  • not a course
  • not a mastermind
  • not a subscription
It is a time-bound, 6-month leadership journey focused on clarity, judgment, and intelligent leadership in times of complexity. Participation is intentionally limited to ensure trust, quality, and meaningful exchange.
While LIC is not a technology training program, it intentionally integrates relevant AI and emerging technologies — always through the lens of leadership judgment, strategic relevance, and real-world application.
Exclusivity
A high-quality network of like-minded people.
Clarity
Curated insights, not information overload.
Authority
Direct instructions to separate signal from noise.
Why LIC Exists?
Leaders face three structural challenges today: 1. Information overload without interpretation Most leaders do not lack access to information — they lack time and space to make sense of it. 2. AI increases responsibility, not certainty AI provides inputs, but leaders remain accountable for judgment, risk, and direction. 3. Fewer spaces for real strategic reflection At senior levels, thoughtful, peer-level conversations are rare — and increasingly valuable. LIC was created to address these realities.
"What that means for leadership"
"What that means for strategy"
"What you should actually do next week"
Stay up‒to‒date in AI and leadership in just one hour per month. No overwhelm, just clarity.
The 6-Month LIC Journey
These are the core topics and themes across the journey. Depending on the needs and developments, there is flexbility to adjust or expand as we go through the journey.
Month 1 – Leadership Intelligence Baseline
Clarifying what leadership intelligence means in practice, including the role AI and technology already play in leadership decisions today.
Month 2 – Interpreting the World (AI, Strategy & Signals)
How to read and interpret major AI, technology, strategy, and leadership reports without drowning in noise. What to watch, what to ignore, and how to stay oriented.
Month 3 – Judgment in AI-Enabled Leadership
Decision-making with AI systems and data-driven inputs. When to rely on technology, when to challenge it, and where leadership responsibility remains human.
Month 4 – Strategic Focus, Tools & Attention
How leaders choose technologies wisely, avoid tool overload, and protect strategic attention in fast-evolving digital environments.
Month 5 – Scaling Leadership Intelligence with Technology
Embedding better judgment into teams and organizations, including how AI and digital tools can support — but not replace — leadership.
Month 6 – Integration & Strategic Outlook
Integrating leadership, strategy, and technology into a personal Leadership Intelligence Playbook and building a clear 12–18 month outlook.
Technology as Context Not Noise
LIC recognises that many leaders want — and need — a practical understanding of how AI and emerging technologies actually work. Where helpful, sessions may include exploration of relevant tools, examples, or workflows — always optional, always contextual, and always connected to leadership decisions. This is not about “playing with tools for the sake of it”, but about staying oriented, confident, and informed as technology continues to evolve.
Interpretation, Not Summarisation
A central element of LIC is executive interpretation.
Each month, Michael selects a major white paper, research report, or industry publication and provides:
Strategic Interpretation
A clear, structured view of what the report actually signals at a strategic level — what is new, what is material, and how it fits into the broader context leaders are operating in.
Leadership Implications
An assessment of what these developments mean for leadership roles, responsibilities, and decision-making, including where human judgment, accountability, and leadership presence remain essential.
Practical Decision Guidance
Concrete guidance on how leaders can translate insight into action — what to prioritize, where to experiment, what to challenge, and what can safely be ignored in day-to-day leadership practice.
Who LIC Is For
LIC is designed for leaders who:
  • operate at senior or executive level
  • carry responsibility for people, strategy, or transformation
  • value clarity over hype
  • are willing to reflect and engage

LIC is NOT designed for:
  • tactical AI training
  • tool-only learning
  • large open communities
  • passive content consumption
Circle options
You can choose between two options depending on your interest and need.
Core

Why Invite-only?
Participation in LIC is intentionally limited.
  • Circles are small (typically 12–18 leaders)
  • Entry is by personal invitation or selective application
  • No late entry once the cohort has started
  • No rolling admissions
This ensures trust, depth, and peer-level exchange.
About Michael

He has worked with and trained 250+ CEO's, leaders and executives on AI face-to-face and several thousand virtually. LIC brings together his work across executive education, strategic advisory, and leadership development into one focused cohort experience.
Founding Circle
The upcoming LIC circle is a founding circle.
Rather than building on testimonials, this first cohort is intentionally curated to:
  • shape the experience together
  • establish the tone and depth of exchange
  • create a trusted peer environment from the outset
Participants are joining not because of marketing claims, but because the approach, intent, and leadership philosophy resonate.
